Ingredients

  • 100 grams sesame seeds
  • 100 grams sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 60 grams flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp psyllium
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  • After combining all the ingredients, let them sit for 20 minutes.
  • Spread in a thin layer on 2 plates covered with a silicone cooking mat.
  • Bake for about an hour. The plates should be dry and crunchy. Let cool and break into irregular pieces.

Notes

These crackers keep perfectly well in an airtight box. If they have taken a little moisture, spend 30 seconds in the microwave, they will be crispy again.

No macros or apothecary calculations for these festive recipes: all the recipes of the Advent Calendar are reduced in carbohydrates and adapted to the ketogenic diet, but they are mostly part of a strategy “at least worse”: we enjoy the moment without taking the head and we will return to good habits and rigor at the beginning of the school year.
